There are many ways to play with this toy, it can be played as a toy car that moves around, has many songs and sounds, and a pretend play medical kit. The play thermometer has a button that actually changes the temperature four times! The patient stretcher in the back is very cute, it has a transparent harness that keeps the patient in place and moving the harness up and down changes the songs. The coughing and burping sounds are very funny, I can see children taking this doctor play set with them to the doctors office to impress the doctor and to relax. When a kid gets bored of the medical toys in this toy ambulance, it can be used as a bump and go toy emergency vehicle and is fun to watch bump off walls and things and turn to go in other directions automatically.
